PATS Training - Passenger Assistant Training Scheme

PATS is a nationally recognised qualification developed by the Community Transport Association and Hampshire County Council. It trains passenger assistants to safely support passengers requiring additional help during transport, covering both practical and duty-of-care aspects.

Yes – MiDAS certification valid for 4 years, recognised across the UK.

  • Age 21–70

  • Held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years

  • Clean licence

  • Pass a basic eyesight test
