Yes — successful learners receive the Level 1 Award in Awareness of Safeguarding (RQF). This Ofqual-regulated certificate demonstrates your understanding of core safeguarding principles. While it has no formal expiry date, regular refresher training and CPD are strongly recommended to maintain awareness of evolving best practice and legal updates.

Assessment is carried out through a short written test, which includes both multiple-choice and open-ended questions. Learners must pass this assessment to receive their qualification. There is no grading – certification is awarded on a pass/refer basis.

Each session accommodates a maximum of 12 learners, ensuring personalised support, open discussion, and opportunity for questions. All learners must be 14 years or older. No prior experience is needed.
